Meet Chelsea Wall, the Project Director of Oristech. Chelsea graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. A member of the Oristech team for over fifteen years, she developed thorough expertise and experience within multiple departments of the company. As Oristech’s project director, she uses her in-depth understanding of our unique processes and opportunities to further expand the company’s growth and improve the quality of products and services for our clients.

Kathy Garcia

RN - VP of Business Development

Meet Kathy Garcia, RN, the Vice President of Business Development of Oristech. With two decades of industry experience, Kathy possesses a deep understanding of record management, utilization review, medical summaries, and legal considerations. As a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science degree, Kathy began her career in hospital nursing before transitioning to roles in the legal and insurance sectors. She leverages her extensive operational and clinical expertise to collaborate with clients and staff, ensuring the customization of products and services to meet their distinct needs. Kathy is an invaluable asset to our team.

John Kasperbauer

COO

Meet John Kasperbauer, the Chief Operations Officer of Oristech. John has over 20 years of experience in operations within the Utilization Review industry, his extensive background encompasses both leadership and operational roles, showcasing his deep expertise in enhancing organizational efficiency. John earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Kentucky before transitioning to the Utilization Review field in 2003. He has effectively applied many of the operational skills from his architectural background, including identifying client needs, developing and presenting proposals, managing budgets and timelines, and leading collaborative teams. Under John's leadership, Oristech has experienced significant growth over the past decade, expanding its services across Workers’ Compensation, Liability, Disability, Group Health, Independent Medical Examinations, Peer Reviews, and Medical Legal sectors.

With extensive experience in industry challenges across active practice, designated doctor exams, and physician review, Dr. William Culver recognized the need for a more efficient approach to record management operations. In 2001, he established a dedicated team committed to realizing his vision of transforming the industry. Dr. William Culver’s philosophy centers on working smart and treating individuals with respect and compassion. Under his leadership, Oristech continues to excel in delivering exceptional quality and efficiency, consistently surpassing client expectations while streamlining their operational burdens.
